  1. The present conditions of sale are agreed between Cerâmica de S. Vicente and those who make purchases through our e-commerce portal www.ceramicas-svicente.com, from now on referred to as "Customer".

  2. These purchases are regulated only by these general conditions.

  3. We inform that we can change these conditions and policies so it is advisable to consult them before making a purchase or order.

Products

  1. All of our pieces are handcrafted, completely manual and therefore may contain slight differences between them - in the design, thickness or craquelet

  2. The dimensions of the pieces are approximate and depend on a degree of inaccuracy. This should be especially taken into account when there is an intention to join two or more tiles. The dimensions shown do not include the size of the joints.

Order Online

  1. To place your order you must add the products to your shopping cart.

  2. To finalize the order, the Customer must complete the requested form.

  3. The finalization of the order presupposes the acceptance of prices, description and general conditions.

  4. The pre-calculated deadlines are respected if the product is in stock. If it is not in stock, we contact the customer, informing the new delivery date and presenting the possibility of cancellation and refund of the amount already paid.

Delivery

  1. Deliveries are made by CTT, and shipment is made to all countries covered by deliveries by this company.

  2. The delivery time is counted in working days (Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm) and varies depending on the region.

  3. After payment is confirmed, your order takes between 4 (four) to 5 (five) business days to be separated and packed.
    To this period, the delivery period of the Post Office (CTT) is added.

  4. In case of unavailability of the product in stock, we will contact the Customer, in order to schedule a new delivery period, with the possibility at this moment for the Customer to cancel the order and request a refund of the amount already paid.

  5. The Customer can consult the carrier's link (sent in the confirmation email) or contact us at ceramicas.vicentemmoura@gmail.com, to track your order.

  6. Delay in delivery time
    Cerâmica S. Vicente cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from delays in delivery or the unavailability of the ordered goods. If there is any type of delay in delivery, please contact us within a maximum of 20 days after the date of dispatch (of entry at the post office), so that we can activate the monitoring mechanisms.

  7. After this date, it will not be possible to register a complaint. In the case of not being available to receive your order, the carrier will contact the customer again in order to schedule a new delivery; if the order is still not lifted, Cerâmica S. Vicente will consider the termination of the contract, the order being canceled and returned to Cerâmica S. Vicente.

Prices

  1. Prices on this page are presented in euros and include value added tax (VAT) in force at the time of payment.

  2. The prices shown for each product do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due when the Customer is finalizing his purchase.

  3. Shipments to countries outside the EU may be subject to customs duty. This cost will be borne by the Customer. When placing your order you acknowledge that you are aware of this information.

  4. The price of each product will be the one that is stipulated, at each moment, on our website, except in case of evident error. If we detect an error in the price of any of the products that the Customer has ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible, giving you the option to confirm the order again with the correct price or to cancel it. If we are unable to contact the customer, the order will be canceled and the amount paid will be refunded in full. We will not be required to provide you with any product at the incorrect lower price (even if we have sent the Shipping) if the error in the price is obvious and unambiguous and if it could have been reasonably recognized by the Customer as an incorrect price.

  5. Prices can be changed at any time, but (except under the terms previously established) the possible changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent an Order Confirmation.

Returns and Exchanges

  1. According to the terms of article 6 of Decree-Law no. 143/2001, of 26 April, any order contract made through the website www.ceramica-svicente.com can be resolved by the Customer, within a maximum period of 14 days from from the date of receipt of the order, and communicated its intention, within that period, to the email ceramicas.vicentemmoura@gmail.com.

  2. In this case, the goods may be returned if they are kept in the same condition in which they were first shipped. They can be returned within a maximum period of 14 days (in a row, without excluding weekends or holidays), from the date of receipt.

  3. Returns must be sent by carrier, at the cost of the Client, to: Rua de S. Vicente, Nº31, 1990-xxx - Lisboa. They can also be delivered by hand to this address.

  4. Proof of purchase must be included on the packaging.

  5. If the previous terms are met, there is proof of purchase, the product is in the same condition and the period has not yet been exceeded, Cerâmica S. Vicente will refund the amount paid for the product.

  6. If, on arrival, the product is not in the same condition in which it was shipped, the exchange or return cannot be accepted.

  7. In case of exchange, the Customer can make it in our physical space or by sending it to Rua de S. Vicente, 31, 1990-xxx Lisboa, accompanying the product with the proof of purchase and with the product in the same state in which it was purchased. was sent, and transport charges are the responsibility of the Customer.

  8. An order returned for not having been picked up by the recipient, can be resent, and the cost of this reshipment will be borne by the Customer and will be made after proof of payment of the shipping costs.
