Classes:

The studio is located at Rua de S.Vicente 17, Lisboa.

Be aware that we have another studio on the same street, number 31, and that's not the location of the class.

The doors of the studio will open 5 minutes before the class starting time.

The participant should make sure that they are at the studio 5 minutes before the class starts, and not more than 15 minutes after the starting time if late, to avoid disrupting the class schedule and the attention of participants that get there in time.

The class can be extended up to 15 minutes maximum in order to facilitate all participants to finish their work.

The quantity of the tiles is limited to the pieces mentioned in the class description (2h workshop / 6 tiles ( 7.5 x 7.5 cm) and 3h30 workshop / 10 tiles (7.5 x 7.5 cm)). If in any case you need extra tiles at the class we can also provide them for a small fee.

2 drinks per person are included in the 3H30 workshop.

We inform you that you can only make changes to the schedule at least 120 hours in advance if you decide to reschedule and 72 hours if you decide to cancel the class. No refunds are given after that period.

TilesWorkshopLisbon cannot be responsible for pieces that break in the kiln. Although this is rare, it can happen for any number of reasons, at any level of experience.

Tiles pick-up:

As explained on our website the tiles take 3 days to fire and they’ll be ready to be collected at the studio after that period in a schedule that can be discussed with the instructor before you leave the studio on the day of the class.

The pick-up schedule could be changed if needed.

The pieces must be collected within 30 days of the workshop date. After this period and in the absence of a response to our contact, they become the property of TilesWorkshopLisbon .

Shipping:

The shipping of the tiles is not included in the final price of the session.

The value of this service will depend on the weight, quantity of tiles, and the country.

Our team will give you a budget before proceeding, which includes the packaging and protection of the pieces, time spent preparing, and the cost of the post office for shipping.

We protect the pieces as best we can, but when we send the parcel we can't control how the packaging will be delivered, so TilesWorkshopLisbon can't be held responsible for any parts that arrive broken.

We don't have the manpower to track all the parcels that we send weekly so it will be up to the clients to track their shipping process using the number provided after sending the parcel to you.

The service is door-to-door but for security reasons, some local providers in your own countries may not be allowed to leave the parcels at the door or with someone else that it's not listed as the receiver, and in that case, you may have to contact your local post office and provide the tracking number to retrieve the package.
